Terence Dackombe With over forty years' experience in the entertainment world, Terence brings a wealth of knowledge and a sack full of anecdotes to The Parish Counsel. His experience of artist and tour management includes a long list of household names from the 1970s to today’s emerging artists.

After ten years working as an award-winning presenter on pirate and then Independent Local Radio, Terence moved on to a dual role as both a writer for BBC Radio and Central Television, and as an independent producer for radio.
Terence has continued to work as a freelance broadcaster and writer, contributing to Trinity Mirror titles, The Word Magazine, The Rocking Vicar and other outlets. He also produces programmes and content for local radio stations. Interestingly, Terence occasionally takes on acting roles, appearing in such diverse movies and television shows as The Krays, Lovejoy, and Cockneys vs. Zombies with Richard Briers and Honor Blackman. He has acted as a consultant on a number of award-winning films.

Juliet Harris: Juliet Harris is the producer and presenter, on Barricade Radio, of Indie Wonderland, a weekly stroll through the land of Indie, Alt-Rock and Miscellaneous type music. Juliet was raised on a staple diet of the NME and Melody Maker, John Peel and Lamacq/Wiley era Evening Session. Were they to make a sequel to the television programmes Life On Mars and Ashes to Ashes but set in the 1990s (Earthling, perhaps), then Juliet would very much hope to take the starring role. Juliet is also a member of the "Riot-Twee" band Go! Boadicea, a writer on music for various publications and websites and a general all-round Indie, C86, Britpop, Riot Grrl and Alt-Rock enthusiast.

Magnus Shaw:  Or 'Magnushaw' as he was known on the podcast. With Dame Judi Dench and Sir Ian McKellen as godparents, Magnus had no real alternative other than to work in entertainment and media.

He has eclectic and wide ranging experience, including a spell playing bass in post-punk bands in London in the 1980s.
After several years as a broadcaster and producer in community radio and later Metro Networks, Magnus went on to be Creative Director at Brilliant Media and brings over twenty years of creative knowledge and nuggets of trivia to the podcasts. A renowned copywriter, brand expert and content consultant, he also has an extensive knowledge of popular culture, horror cinema and rock music.
